It was quickly determined that there was a need for fresh, fast and delicious food in the area and the first brick-and-mortar location was opened in Ventnor, NJ in May 2015. Soon after, we realized that our model could one day become a vegan franchise.

Now with seven locations in NJ and PA, Greens and Grains is looking to franchise their vegan, plant-based brand to other entrepreneurs who share their core values and passion for plant-based food.
